Individual Scholarships

$500 scholarships will be awarded each year to five eligible San Diego county high school seniors, and two Temecula Valley high school seniors pursuing higher education (e.g. college, university. community college, technical centers) to support tuition.

Eligibility

• Graduating senior enrolled in a high school that participates in the San Diego Blood Bank or Valley Blood services Student Difference Challenge.
• The student must plan to attend an institution of higher learning in the year following the scholarship.
• Demonstrated outstanding personal leadership among his/her peers by participating in the coordination of the Student Difference Challenge at his/her high school.
